As a company policy, we require all our new staff to get Microsoft certified before they start doing projects for customers.
A Microsoft certification provides us following benefits :

Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has conducted several training programs for my customers for the past 2 years. This has primarily been on Windows Server 2003 and Active directory. I have found their trainers to be technically competent and the training programs well organized and conducted.
I intend to continue using them for future training programs.
